AN INTEGRATED OPERATIONAL WORKFLOW
HukukCRM manages case information, communication history, user activity, and operational reporting within a connected data structure. The objective is to improve information access across large portfolios, reduce repetitive manual work, and make team activity measurable and traceable.
Case details, balances, contact records, communication notes, and operational history are available within a common workspace. Advanced filters and bulk operations allow large case portfolios to be searched, reviewed, and managed efficiently.


CLIENT AND CASE SUMMARY
Current balance, case status, department, and responsible user can be viewed from a single screen. Commitment dates, case markers, and transitions between active, completed, or transferred workflows can be managed within the same record structure.
CONTACT INFORMATION AND CALL HISTORY
Phone numbers and address records associated with a case are stored together with their type, description, and registration date. Where telephony integration is enabled, users can initiate calls from the case screen and review previous call activity.
Calling functions and call-record coverage depend on the telephony infrastructure used by the organization.


CASE ACTIVITY OVERVIEW
Case reviews, active portfolios, total balances, and user activity can be analyzed within selected date ranges. Reporting screens support filtering, comparison, and export across large data sets.

Call records received from the telephony system can be evaluated together with case and user data inside HukukCRM. Incoming and missed calls, call duration, and user-based call statistics are presented within a common reporting layer.
The available VOIP functionality depends on the telephony and PBX infrastructure used in each deployment.
The AI layer developed for HukukCRM extends standard reporting with natural-language data queries and operational analysis. Users can ask questions only within the scope of their role and department permissions and can continue the analysis through contextual follow-up questions.

04 / TEAM COMMUNICATION AND OPERATIONS
The system includes direct messaging between users as well as a shared communication channel. Documents can be exchanged through the messaging interface, while new messages and relevant activity can be surfaced through notifications.

Tasks can be assigned to individual users and tracked by priority, due date, status, and completion notes. Case-related reminders can be used to schedule future calls and operational follow-up.

DAILY TEAM ACTIVITY OVERVIEW
Case distribution, completed actions, communication notes, online time, and break periods can be reviewed within the same operational context. These metrics provide visibility into daily workload and activity rather than generating a single performance score.

The HukukCRM data model allows payment records, commitment information, and balance movements to be linked to case activity. Collection interfaces and reporting structures can be adapted to different operational models.
Modular and customizable structure
The mobile management interface was developed to provide access to essential operational indicators outside the desktop environment. Case activity, call data, and online user status can be reviewed through a mobile interface. The management view is designed for use through a mobile web interface and can also be deployed through Android and iPhone applications.
07 / SECURITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE
HukukCRM uses a role- and department-based authorization model together with activity logging and session controls. Each deployment can operate within an independent server environment.
Authorized IP addresses can be defined, edited, enabled, or disabled through the administration interface.
Access to case and operational data can be restricted according to user responsibilities, roles, and departmental scope.
Sensitive identity information can be masked in the user interface to reduce unnecessary exposure of personal data.
User sessions, inactivity periods, automatic break/logout actions, and significant system activity can be recorded for operational traceability.
The HukukCRM production environment operates on an independent VPS architecture. System resources can be scaled according to data volume and operational workload. The current production infrastructure is hosted in Türkiye.
The server-side application was developed in PHP without relying on a backend framework. MariaDB is used for the data layer, while Bootstrap, jQuery, and DataTables are used in the user interface. Large data tables use server-side querying and pagination.
Case management, user authorization, call center integration, reporting, task management, and the AI layer are developed as separable functional modules. External telephony systems and additional data sources can be connected through dedicated integration points.
Role-based access, identity data masking, activity logs, and session controls can be used to support data minimization and access-control processes associated with GDPR. Data exchange with external services must be assessed separately according to the scope and nature of each integration.
Filtering, searching, sorting, and pagination for high-volume records are processed on the server. This approach reduces unnecessary data transfer to the client when working with large portfolios.
